Since 2003 Annapolis High School has offered the Extended Learning Program (ELP) to students in grades 9 and 10 to prepare students for the International Baccaluareate Diploma Program in grades 11 and 12. In 2005 Annapolis High School was fully authorized by the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) to offer the IB Diploma Program. Annapolis High School is a comprehensive public high school in Anne Arundel County serving over 1700 students in grades 9-12 and offering 31 AP courses, an ESL International Academy, and NJROTC in addition to the ELP/IB program.
